ganesh babu his final is due in nov 14 and not in may 2013

It is just a matter of time before the Rajya Sabha passes The Company’s Bill 2012 and subsequently getting the president's assent before it becomes a Law. In all likely wood, it appears that you may have to prepare (since your attempt is in November 2014) for the New Bill, once passed and made applicable by ICAI.

As suggested by Sumit, it is better for you to focus on the remaining 7 papers now, and gradually focus on Companies Act once made applicable.

Hi Rohit, My attempt io also due in Nov 2014.

Yup I agree with the above replies that we can focus on 7 remaining subjects

But I will be waiting till  april 2013 ( Budget session of parlianment gets over )

As the next session will be in august 2013, i dont think if the bill is passed in august- september , it will be applicable in our xams

Its a very big ammendment and ICAI will take time to incorporate it in our syllabus or morover ssome if the specialiists are saying that Final ( new) and Final (old) course will be splited

yea it is almost unlikely that it will be applicable for nov 14 exams becoz it takes times for the institute to incorporate such changes in its curriculum.

Institute suddendly wont make it applicable

thanx a lot...if the bill is passed in rajya sabha in this session, then whether the ammended bill would be applicable for nov 2014 as bill has been already passed in lok sabha n sachin pilot said govt. is confident of bill getting approval of lok sabha
sry approval of rajya sabha
