No, You cannot appear for May 2014 CA - Final Exams as the articleship period of 2.5 years will not be completed on the first day of the month of exams. You should be undergoing the last six months of articleship as on the first day of the month of exams which will be 1st of may 2014 in your case. But since you passed IPCC Gr. I in Nov 2011, You would have joined your articleship only in the month of Feb 2012 ( when the result was declared) or later. From the date of joining articleship, the period of training will be considered and 2.5 years will not be completed on 1st may 2014.
