Ca final eligibility certificate?

Hello guys,

I have my CA  Final first attempt in November 2012, I noticed the Online Exam form has a category where it asks you for 'Eligibility Certificate Details'. This is shown just under the 'Final Exemption details' category. Now I was under PE-II, cleared it and am doing my exam within last 12 months of articles as per my stream, have mentioned that in the appropriate place. Apart from that, there is no eligibility certificate of any kind that I need to have or mention here, right?

I do have a PE-II eligibility certificate, but that makes no sense under final, as that was for the PE-II exam.
