there are likely amendments in the IFRS and AS as ICAI has issued draft on various AS

Its difficult to comment on the future changes.  New Company Bill, Direct Tax Code & GST are already in line to be implemented.  No one knows the exact date but you can expect anyone before nov 11.

Regarding changes in accounts, the most visible change will be IFRS replacing AS.  At present in coaching classes they are giving brief information on IFRS but as they are applicable from 1/4/2011 you can expect them to be fully applicable for nov 2011, so take care while going for accounts classes.

Subjects which i think will not undergo much change till nov 11 can be costing, sfm, mics & audit (except sa)
