Yes u can prepare from July 2010 edition

But i refer for Purchase of New Edition because Lots of SA's are Revised & amendments are made after that...

nd if u r not going to purchase the New edition then Download the SA's and arrange amendments from ur frnds.....

I have heard that are going to be some changes in ISCA after May.. What kind of changes can take place in ISCA? ?

In ISCA amendments may come in the chapter called THE Information Technology Act and Inst shuffles certain topics from this chapter to another.
