Read from surabhi bansan book....very crisp and exam oriented

I have been worried a lot about these standards. After a bit of research about how to handle these standards, i concluded that it is not really possible to memorise entire points of all the standards. I found the summary of almost all the standards in flow chart form compiled by CA Pankaj Garg (audit faculty at EtenCa). You can easily find his notes in this site itself...just search for it. I am finding it really easy to learn standards from these flowcharts. And wherever i find any difficulty i complement these flowcharts with the Surbhi Bansal book. Good luck for exams.

No problem at all. These type of confusions bound to happen sometimes but all's well that ends well. Thanks for the link, but i have lost faith in his study material.

One of my friend is taking his classes of IPCC Audit from ETEN CA. In his book, in one of the questions, he has written that, "Removal of first auditor before the expiry of the term by the board of directors is illegal" whereas removal of first auditor by board directors can be done by merely passing an ordinary resolution and central governments approval is also not required.
.
Now, there may be printing mistake in book OR misinterpretation of facts OR i am not getting it right?
