Your Final CA attempt won't be in May 2013.It will be in Nov 2013.

As per the attached institute file you are eligible to "Appear in the Final Examination on completion of the practical training or while serving last 6 months of articled training on or before the last day of the month preceding the month in which the
examination is to be held."

So to appear in May 2013 you need to be serving last 6 months of articleship on April 30, 2013  i.e. you need to complete 30 months of articleship by that date which is not the case with you. As:-

2010 - 1 month (Artcleship started on 25th Nov 2010)

2011 - 12 months

2012 - 12 months

2013 - 4 months (Till april)

Total only 29 months.

So you are eligible to appear in Nov 2013 according to me. But you must consult with someone else also.

But why did u join articleship so late? Your result must have been out in August beginning and you delayed it by 3 months. That's the reason you may not be able to give May 2013 attempt.
