Please help me.
I cleared my CA-IPCC atempt in nov 2010.
I joined articleship on 28 April 2011.
I want to know if I could appear for May 2013 attempt as I read the following link and comments over here state that I can appear for CA-Final examinations after 2 year of articleship as per some provision.
Can someone mail me a copy of such announcement.

No, You are eligible for November 2013 attempt. who are under going their last six months period of their articleship as on the first day of the month of such exams commencing are eligible to attempt the exams. Thus you are in last six months of your articleship as on the date of 1st November 2013 so you are eligible for November 2013 attempt.
Note: Servicing of last six months of articleship period means including excess leaves. I.e if any excess leaves then those who are servicing their last six months of articleship period including excess leaves if any will be eligible to attempt.

Hai Nikhil You said provision i.e who are going last one year of articleship eligible for final attempt is applicable to the students those who converted from PE-II to PCC/IPCC or PE-II to PCC to IPCC students only. Those who directley entered into PCC/IPCC the said provision not applicable. Please saw the below link regarding final attempt due/eligiblity guidelines by the ICAI(latest for November 2012 exams).
