I have 2013 addition of Corporate and Allied Law book of CA Munish Bhandari........ should I purchase a new book for May 2014 attempt or there is any other option to cop with changes made in Corporae Law....

no need to buy any new book for may 14 since companies act 13 is not applicable for may attempt

As said by others there is no need to purchase new book, for changes you may check the latest edition but there may be very little changes..
New Edition is not required.
