Is it cumpulsory that in case of ca final we should register nine months before the exam month ?.
If my attempt is in Nov 2013 ,then is it necessary for me to register before 31 jan 2013?

No, it is not necessary to register nine months before the exam month. But, you should register before the month of Exam form Filling month.

even i had the same view,but in the site futureaccountant.com,cutoff dates are given which says like if we have to write for nov we have to register by 31 jan
