thanks rahul but my friend said that i cannot write my exms until & unless i get final registration letter from the institute.

and it takes more than 3 months to get registered,

That will not take much time ..

when result comes dont wait for marksheet to come. send the printout of your result got from result site within a day of result. and also fill exam forms for nov. you will be provisionaly registered and you will be asked to send registration letter later.
