Reasons :

1) Almost the same syllabus as CA

2) Its a back up in case CA results are not favourable.

Note : Not discouraging regarding the CA results jus that its good to have another add on qualiifiaction in hand.

3) CA, CWA sounds better than just CA.

No exemptions are available between CA and CWA

However few exemptions are there between CWA and CS
