HOW WAS YOUR PAPER GUYS?
ACCORDING TO ME ECO,ACCOUNTS,LAW WERE FINE
BUT MATHS WAS PRETTY DIFFICULT.

What does retirement of bill means. A Bill is dishonured B. Payment made before retirement.

Retirement of bill means payment of the amount of the bill by the drawee to the drawer before the period of the bill expires.

so i think second option..
