As per the direction of Delhi High Court ICFAI canot give the degree of CFA
CA AND CFA BOTH ARE DIFFERENT.CFA IS A PART OF CA.IF YOU ARE A CA,TO DO CFA IS A LITTLE BENEFICIAL TO YOU.

And i feel this a very good combination....
But both need full time devotion....
Hi Nilanjan, this is obviously a good combination for finance.But if you ask me then I will go for CA+MBA(finance) from IIM/ISB/etc.I think CA+MBA is a hot property in finance sector both in INDIA & abroad.

This is a very good combination in the present scenario because many AMC & Investment bankers are hiring CFA and holding CA degree along with it will definitely improve your Pay package & chance of selection.
Both these courses test the practical and analytical skills of candidates and requires full devotion towards studies .
ICAI recently allowed the CAs to pursue CFA course.
It is a good combination. but demand is restricted to Share broker firm/ AMC/Investment banker. ICAI has lost case in supreme court recently. Earlier ICAI had not given permission for pursue CFA course. But supreme court rejects ICAI plea on ground of Violation of indian constitution.
