CA and Board of Director

QUALIFICATION??

It is not much of an importance, since it is a very top grade post and must have the requisite intelligence and experience

If you need essentials to understand legal environment that boards work in. the Association of Corporate Directors (in America), The Institute of Directors (in the UK), and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (in Australia) are enough to fulfill your dreams to become one.

Once you know what you are supposed to be doing you need to get some experience. It will mean that you will have to learn stuff and it NEEDS TIME and GOOD EXPERIENCE.

CS or CMC are just entrance tests.
