There is nothing like that dummy articles permission and all.................... he has to undergo full period of articleship..

Its not true, institute never allows for dummy articles in any circumstances even there are very strict rules for articleship. One of my friend was on good post and on a good pay scale in "Mother Dairy", Ahmedabad. For doing CA and articleship he left that Job and cleared his CA with his articleship.
