C form on Mahagst site

Are not able to generate c form??? Or any other problem.

Let me explain u in detail
Sir this the case of FY 16-17 so we dont need to prepare a format and upload it on mahagst everything is automatic but for C and F Forms we have to put request that request is getting sent whenever i click on request button it shows one thing that "this request is being pending with your concern officer" so i met with my concern officer he showed me his SAP software where i saw my request is not being received by him. He fails to help me but i want those forms urgently so now what to do.

You contact your D.C office and explain the problem.

who is D.C. officer do you mean by District Collector if no then sir how i can find who is D.C. officer
