C-form not received query

In case where dealer outside Maharashtra agrees to issue C-Form , the rate of taxto be charged shall be reduced one than those charged otherwise on a local sale. In case where dealer outside Maharashtra does not issue c form , the seller is viewed in default as he had to charge full rate of tax . So now seller (you) need to pay differential amount of tax, interest and penalty arising out of these AND Revise the Return.
