According to sectiom 68 , company do not require sepcial resolution to the buy-back is, ten per cent. or less of the total paid-up equity capital and free reserves of the company; and (ii) such buy-back has been authorised by the Board by means of a resolution passed at its meeting. After 2 years from previous buy back company want  to again buyback its shares of 10 percent of it paid up and free reserve do it require special resolution for it???the previous buyback was also for 10 percent??do we have to consider previous buyback in calculating 10 percent?

Board resolution would be suffice. and you dont need to consider previous buy back which was done 2 years before.
