Superb notes..Keep sharing..Your efforts are highly appreciable..Thanx a lot. But including some practical questions for each chapter would have made your notes almost full-fledge. Anyway nice presentation n nice effort you have put in. Its definitely commendable.

dear krishna, first of all thank u for ur suggestion...in company law there are lots of chapters from which Institute can ask practical questions. so its unpredictable for us also to put practical questions in that also.. my notes are basically for revision purpose. if i put practical questions in that, then it would be very lengthy and tedious to read also.. thats why i exclude practicals from Co.law. I put some practicals based on Negotiable Instrument Act for better understanding also...I really thankful to u that u give me ur valuable suggestion...Thanks for downloading my notes and trusting my notes...if u find any mistake then immidiatly u can share ur views on my Details(i.e. e-mail ID and Contact info.) i gave in each notes...
