Hi friends.....I am going to appear in May IPCC this year.....I am following Munish Bhandari's law book.....but it is one edition older than the latest......is there any significant change in the latest edition or should I continue to follow my book which I am doing???? Please suggest me.........
NO THERE IS NO MAJOR CHANGES YOU CAN CONTINUE WITH PRESENT EDITION..............
THERE ARE TWO AMENDMENTS..................
1. INCREASE IN P.F. INTEREST RATE TO 9.5%
2. GRATUITY ACT :- AMENDMENT IN DEFINITION OF EMPLOYEE AND INCREASE IN THE GRTUITY AMOUNT PAYABLE TO THE EMPLOYEES LIMITS UPTO 10 LACS.......................
