Trademarks Act 1999
Requirements for filing an application:
1.Logo
2.List of goods/service
3.Date since Usage
4.Constituition/Certificate of Incorporation/Deed of the firm
5.TM 48 duly signed
as per the requirements stated, can a proprietory concern register his brand name.
But the the proprietory is not registered.......kindly reply along with the procedure to be followed....
