D S Ravat is also a good option
Strategic Financial Management - After going through many books, here is the best choise according to us:

or

(If u have enough time also go through "Corporate Finance" by Prassana Chandra for detailed conceptual study)
Advanced Auditing:
CA Kamal Garg
(Surbhi Bansal can be usd for revision & it is very risky to use it for regular study)
Corporate & Allied Laws - Munish Bhandari TEXT BOOK
Hand Book to be used for Revision.
Use institute's module if u have sufficient time & patience.
Advanced Management Accounting - P C Tulsian's self study textbook.
(Book on OR is also available & is very good)
ISCA - (Many of u might not have heard about this one and may be surprised)

Direct Taxes - Undoubtedly T N Manoharan
Indirect Taxes - V S Datey

IMPORTANT: Apart from all his, Practice Manual must be done thoroughly for EVERY subject (thats why we mentioned it at the end instead of putting it after each & every subject).
Recent trend shows many many questions are being picked up from Practice Manuals just like that without any change.
