Book for self study for standards on auditing

Hello Friends,

Please guide me as to which book i should follow for a comprehensive study for STANDARDS ON AUDITING. i use Paduka for Advanced auditing and find it very fulfilling. However the SA book (which is seperately issued by Paduka) is very weird and i get confused remembering stuff. Please guide me as to which book is the best for SA.

Also, i refer to MP vijaykumar for accounts. But i have an old edition. I think a MAY 2011. Should i upgrade to a new one?

Refer book of CA Aseem Trivedi - A Contemporary Approach To Standards On Auditing. Its particularly meant for SA only.

For Exams- Dont study a book specifically for SA..This is an Overkill step.

For Reference-Go for DS Rawat.

For Exams- SA- First do rote learning of SA nos. and there Names ( THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT STEP IN AUDIT PREP. )

Then DO PRACTICE MANUAL Chapter on SA

Then DO Summary of SA... Download it from Caclubindia

THIS STRATEGY IS FOR PASSING EXAMS ONLY...

IN THE XAM HALL..- KEEP Qouting SA and try to use words like " Sufficient And Appropriate audit evidence" instead of audit evidence...hahahha

TRY TO FLAUNT WITH USING STYLISH WORDS ( CA mein jo STYLISH lage ) ...A big % of CA Aspirants have poor Vocab. You can kill the competition By using Effective and Efficient English..hahahha

CA EXAMINERS ALWAYS SAY...WE WRITE VERY BAD ENGLISH...
