For tax paper of Executive programme you can have book by bharat law house publishers that contain only practical problems, i have one such book that i bought during my executive exams, you can contact me at amit dot dhuri at gmail dot com.
Amit sir the book which you purchased will not be useful for students appearing in June 2014 examination.
Jinesh sir as far as book in taxation with practical problems is concerned, you can buy Vinod K Singhania Finance Act 2013, which contains variety of problems.
i am not saying that one should use older edition of tax law book, i was just trying to tell him the name of a good book. i think practical problems by girish and ahuja (bharat law publishers) is the best bet.
name of the book is "Practical problems from Systematic Approach to Tax Laws & Practice" by Dr girish ahuja & ravi gupta.
