1. Padhuka Text book

2. Parag Gupta  notes (Available in caclubindia)

Along with Institute Material for theory

Pahuka is better .. if you want to do additional exercise then opt for Parag Gupta

but problem with the book is that it is a question bank & solutions of this book are available seperately.
