I would like to mention you that Dr. P.C.Tulsian's book is very well written & very student friendly.. i have his book and following the same.. to mention you why to choose it.. First & most important thinks is its co-author is Bharat Tulsian (Son of Mr. P C Tulsian) he passed out CA Examinations last year only so he knows what students needs.. So keeping in mind the need of students this book is published mentioning each & every details required..Theory portions also is given in Tabular form which helps to understand it better in short.. In certain topics it will be little hard to understand but if you look those areas from ICAI Mat i m sure your problems will be solved...
