D S Rawat book is gud go through that and practice manual that will be sufficient
For exam purposes.. even MP Vijaykumar is good.. but very heavy!!! Best book on AS for professionals would be Dolphy D'souza's book on AS!!
@ Himanshu : D S rawat is the best book. The advanced problem given at the end of each AS is from where most of the questions on AS comes in the paper.
