Prefer Institute's study material first.
I don't refer Institute study material for taxation bcoz it's very difficult to go through amendments. I've heard bangar is good but my preference will be MD rafi

Sodhani is written in a very easy language , though Bangar is good but would prefer Vineet sodhani
Bangar is better for self study
