Black Pen For Headings ???

heyy, no u ccan not use any BLACK pen in exam.. this is clearly notified in the hall ticket of the exam of  ICAI..
u can surely use either BLUE ball pen or BLUE BLACK pen in the exam..

u should not use black pen. last time a student started writing with the black pen when the invigilator asked to read the instructions properly. so bleed blue :) all the best !

Black blue does not mean BLACK or BLUE !
