I have a distribution business. General mills india provide me one indirect salesman. After complete month I pay his salary and General mills reimburse it. But after GST has been implemented they force me to raise a biil ( bill of service )charging GST to get the reimburshment.
Can I raise a service bill when my nature of business is sale of goods.

Yes you can raise bill of service even if you are selling goods. Raising invoice for reimbursement with GST is correct procedure
