My client 'A' is buy a registered property in Rs. 10/- lak . 'A' given Power of attorney in second person 'B' & 'B' Sell this property to 'C' @ Rs. 15/- lak cash.
'B' received Rs.-15/- lak cash & use it self ...'A' Received Rs.- 0 /-
Who is Liable to pay tax.................
B is only attorney, and the whole amounts comes to A in process, B is only executor, so A is liable to pay tax.
