for IPCC, you should go for Students Guide to Income Tax by V K Singhania or T N Manoharan

Gurukrupa, i suppose just has the theory and not much of practical problems....so, if you want, you can supplement that book for revision, but i think you must go for singhania.

but, if you go for singhania, you do not require to refer to any other books

for company law which  book shud i prefer with latest amendments 

you can go for either G K Kapoor or Munish Bhandari...but i think G K Kapoor is better

no Neetika...companies bill is not applicable for the may 13 exams...

since the same has not yet been passed by the rajya sabha

you can refer to the complanies act 1956 only...
