hey nuts....pls go wid matrial wich u read in nov, 12. if go for new 1 den u gng to b cnfusd...refer odr buks jst 4 referance bt not for reguler stdy....if u read VKS earlier den galti se b koi aur mat pakdana. i olso read VKS & got 68 in nov, 12...

Prefer t n manoharan... It is given in examination approach..

Company law== best is Pratice Manual ,it will really fetch u 60+,questions will be directly from there
