J.B. Gupta is good ... but it'll be more useful while combined with DVDs

S.D.Bala is good if u wanna understand the concept clearly.

SFM NOV. 12 ANALYSIS BY PAPNEJA SIR

 In my Opinion for SFM u should have a look at Papneja Sir's Book.  It is exclusively for CA (Final) and covers 100% syllabus. It has crystal clear concepts. The good part is it has 800 fully solved questions with graphs & diagrams wherever required, including those from suggested RTP, practice annual, and moreover   no question is done without first introducing concept in very simple language .All those who have seen this book or done SFM/FR classes from him swear by his concepts. 
 

Because of his experience of teaching SFM  for the last 18 years sir has included all possible queries which we student may have or normally ask in classes.
 

Mere concept clearance is not enough,does Papneja sir's book contain coverage of past exam questions alongwith rtp questions,so tht one can revise effectively on the last day before exam.If so i would like to check out the book as to its usefulness for scoring well in exams coz just concepts wont earn u marks u need to study proper specific set of questions too to do well in exams.This applies to me as far as i'm concerned..don't know about others...And by the way in which market the book is available and why is it not the most prefered book considering he's teaching for 18 years,if u r just postin 4 publicity of his book then don't do such cheap acts mr. bharat.

It's not a matter of publicising any thing ro any body. in that way this patform of giving opinion wil always be considered as if every body is recommeding some one or other. I had the same questions as you  until my principal recommended me to do SFM/FR classes from  Papneja Sir.   You too please ask about Papneja Sir from  your principal or better at least some of  the  IPCC /FINAL  Faculty , as i came to know more than 50 % of IPCC/FINAL Faculty have  been his students.. As far book is cocerned  i have used and  studied from the book. ,better have a look at the book before reaching to any conclusion. yes it comprises  800 fully solved Questions including past 25 years suggested, RTP,  PRACTICE Manuals  etc.   

Thanx Bharat i think papneja Si's book is good but is it available in book stores in mumbai
