Munish Bhandari....!!!
As of now, no book can be declared as the best one, not even Munish Bhandari. If you compare the Munish Bhandari's latest edition with that of 3 years ago, you will find the difference easily. Many important chapters of the Companies Act have been shrinked. For example if you see the Co. Secretary and Sec. practice its haveing only 2 pages in the latest edition, (and this is the only 1 of the examples of shortcomings in the book, there are many instances in almost all the chapters) seriously who can be secretary, qualifications and disqualifications are mentioned no where in the book, many things which can be considered important from exam point of view are taken for granted and explained in just single lines in whole book. ICAI can easily ask you the qustions on the concepts which are not even mentioned in this book.
If you ask the past successful students who cleared final exam 2 yrs ago, they will definately suggest Bhandari but things have changed drastically, either Bhandari has lost the grip on the subject or he is not concerned about the students.
As of now u need to prepare the subject by referring Module, Bhandari and most imp. by giving analytical thinking. Need to ask ''why'' on every imp. provisions.
I am getting no replies of my querries in forum and experts.can any1 pls help?
Anupama go for munish bhandari...best book and aftr completing dat do ur revisions from practice manual. If anything left will be covered in practice manual. So without any thinking further...go for munish bhandarim...The best book...!!!

As of now As i Heard to Learn from Munish Bhandari as for Law,
but i would like to tell you that u consider the Study Material And Practice Manual Too as i know its hard to go through but its good to clear all doubtsss................
In my opinion, Handbook for corporate and allied laws by CA Kamal Garg is a good book to refer.
And then refer practice manual for revision.
First of all , all teachers are good & respected.
Refer the book of CA KAMAL GARG Sir , the best thingh is that KAMAL Sir provide guidance through
e- mail and solve doubts even if you are not his student.
I think , director chapter u can read with main book of munish bhandari and other chapter u can read handbook along with pm .
Join IFRS scholars group on Facebook. Kamal Garg sir uploads various audit and law files for preparation purpose. These files will surely help you in revision.
