Dear Freind
If You are appearing in May 10 Go for Vinod K Agarwal as it precise as compared to Paduka but portion relating to Audit of Banking & Insurance Companies should be done from Paduka. Paduka is also a good book covering chapter in Ques & Ans format but it is vast and you have to devote time for that. I am studying from Paduka as my exam is due in Nov 2010

As per my opinion Padhuka is best material for Audit because it covers all syllabus in easy and lucid language
