Whatever is the amount, even if it is 1 rupee
you have to show in ITR -- interest from all bank accounts and post office account also
Interest from Banks and Post Offices need to be declared in Income Tax Return ( ITR ).
Sir, if you are not getting interest more than Rs. 10000 then there shouldn't be any kind of fear factor in your mind. Hence advisable to maintain the transparency and show everything in the return because "saanch ko aanch nahi".
tkank you to all.
