Bank account details provided in GSTN registration is same account use in payment of tax?

no.. you have an option to pay GST liabilility through any bank.. there is no conditions for the payment...

so why we have to provide bank account while registering for GSTN?

one bank account is mandatory that's why we provide bank account details.. like for example Bank account is mandatory for filing Income Tax return..
