Ban on Transfer

Well, I cant understand what does the Institute wants to prove. Perhaps the fact that Bonded labour has been discontinued long in India has remained out of their knowledge. Or that the harassment of articled assistants by their principals has fallen into deaf ears. Or maybe that the students are just not so important. The ICAI can always act as a tyrant and get away because it has a Parliament Act supporting it which allows it to get away with anything.... So, some one who has passed CPT after 12th has to repent for three years if he made just one wrong decision........ Whom is the ICAI trying to please ?? The CA's who are laughing right now all along at having 8 teenaged students at his mercy..... 8 future CA's....8 children who are going to have the worst time of their lives..........Who are going to be deprived of their right to work at a place of their choice.............

I have many a times felt like just beating the hell out of my principal just because of his utter disrespect of my study leave, my coaching classes ( of course from 6 30 onwards ) and him calling me to work on Sundays......... There are many other reasons but these are the prime ones........... Well, Some one will surely say that I am being aggressive, impatient, UNPROFESSIONAL, etc etc............................ but the fact is, I hate anything coming in between my studies, treating me like a machine................. And taking me for granted............ I wont be surprised if some one else shares my point of view, some one ridicules me, or rather one fine day, I read the newspaper headlines that an article assaulted his CA out of FRUSTATION.............

Ya, I agree with the point of Mr. Koolleo. ICAI is making it worst for the students.God has to do something to save the future of this profession which is looking in a pathetic situation now. I know many articled assistants who due to the turmoil suffered by them in the hands of their cruel principals and have quit this noble profession. Most of the CA s nowadays (not generalising) are not so morally friendly people.they are doing nothing to help the rural and urban mass to equip themselves against life

Please Pray All CA Students That There Should Be Some one Who Will Think For The  Benefits Of Articles/Students And be Empathitic. Every One Behaves like A Devil Every New rule by  CA Institute Is Generally not Beneficial For The Articles.  They  Are Just Trying to Attract As Much As Students For making Money Either By introducing CPT or IPCC. They Are not Thinking Any Thing For The Existing Students. They Are Treating Them As Scrap.

Even I Think They  Want , That As Much Students Can Leave The Course in Between Is Beneficial For The Institute.

exceptionally inhumane rules from the institute for the already tution+study+articleship+packed C.A.students.

yar wat d f.......k rules by institute...........i think we all shall mail to board of sties for it.........

 

I really do not understand the very purpose for bringing out such strict treatment to the Students. This is really going to be a big and costly blow to many CA Students. It leave nothing but one circumstances- leaving students at the mercy of the Auditors.

Hey friends i suppose why dont we all express our dissatisfaction for tihis rule by complaining regarding this through news paper......there are many financial papers like business line and economic times which r read by many finance prof...may be we can throw a light on this issue through this

Hey Guys i am agreed with the inst because 9.30 to 5.30 is articleship time and that is voileted . So i am agreed with inst decission

Inst. has perhaps taken the decision to stop students taking dummy or just going through tutions and getting bookish knowledge. CA is the practical profession and inst. is trying for the same.

Regulations related to timings are good but no transfer in same city is worst. I think we shoud be more practical in life and we should not forget that   Success has no Shortcuts

Ours is a professional institute and that too with highest integrity and priciples. I think we should adhere by the guidelines proposed by the ICAI. and moreover this decision wont effect those who are genuinly and seriously doing their articleship. Effort of articleship  really pays after being a CA.

i can't understand what the institute is upto. The CA's are already exploiting us to the extent they can. Now the institute is empowering them with more powers and legalising their exploitation on articles. The institute should be more humane to articled assisitants.

We are paid a mere few thousand of rupees and expected to earn lakhs for them. We are made to stay late in the office during peak times and then what happens to the timings, we are asked to attend seminars to complete the CPE hours of CA after the office timings. 

Intitute should look into these matters more seriously and think a little about articles.
