Could anyone, please, tell me about the book that I can buy that has got everything about gst like what amendments were made in constitution, reasons behind those amendments, GST Act all of them, rules and form, etc.

Google is our best friend. Go to search and buy your requirements.
Bcoz, All are new in GST. If you buy GST law book it's contain only laws no more Problem solving details....
