invoice to unregistered dealers. then input credit is possible or not??

If you are regd and selling to unregd, You can claim ITC but your unregd customer cannot claim.

In case of b2c sale to unregistered sellers can I issue a consolidated invoice at eod instead of individual bill for every sale.
