We are liable to pay service tax in respect of :
a) GTA service availed &
b) Business Auxiliary services provided by us.
We have some surplus deposit of Tax agaist services mentioned in (b) above. Can this suplus be adjusted agaist GTA services availed, in future.

When you paid advance service tax for business auxiliary taxabl;e service category , you must ahve paid it in particular code.
GTA has a different code. Hence it cannot be adjusted.

When advance service tax for business auxiliary taxable service category is paid, the payment should be for a specific code. and cant be adjusted....
