i know that we do claim cenvat credit on goods purchased at the time of ACTUAL RECIEPT of goods
but,
how to verify it in audit -
whether it should be that date when gatekeeper at the factory gate recieved all documents along with delivery challan
OR
that date when store keeper /manager recoreded the goods in stock register?

Actual entry passed when the purchase bill pass by the Department because in their certain issue that whether goods rejected . Because of the goods return we not reversed the CENVAT so at the of entry we get full credit of this CENVAT
