Yes... There is prescribed Stamp duty payment has to be paid based on Authorised capital of the company n payment of Stamp duty differ from state to state. For example if u r incorporating company in Karnataka the ROC fee n Stamp duty for Authorised capital 50lack wil come around R. 558120. Do let us know if u have further quiry.
