For creating a Company with "International" in its name what should be the Authorised capital as per Companies Act, 2013 ??
Previously as per Companies Act it was Rs. 5 crores as per Companies (Name Availablity) Rules, 2011.
Will the same rule be applicable in the new Act.
Note that in the new Form INC-1 it is mentioned that "key words like International will not be allowed in case the same justifies the scope and scale of Business of the company".
Please Clarify.
