Auditor not appointed within time limit

If in case of Private Limited company, an auditor is not appointed within extended time limit of 90 days by members in Extra- ordinary General meeting(EGM) also, then what are the consequences and procedure to appoint the auditor??

Please help, thanking you for your anticapted cooperation.

Take a appointment in old date. File ADT1 today. But u have to pay late fees

Thanks for reply.
Sorry I forget to mention that it is the case of First Auditor and in case of First Auditor ADT-1 is not required to be filed.
So can u please tell ,what will be the consequences?
