Suppose we efile a return without checking in audit reqd. u/s 44AB on 29.09.2010 now can the return be revised as the return went without as normal return n not tax audit return

Thanks guys but can u tell me last date of revising return if i m not wrong then it must be 31.03.2011 & can we avoid penalty by doing so
