For that you have to verify in depth the details provided in the documents issued by Regional Traffic office of the state and other such related documets you will get the details in it.

can u pls discuss the procedure of payment of Reg Exp after/While purchasing the car. It is to be paid by whom and when...?

pls clear dis doubt..

It is paid by the legal owner of the car and it is paid at the time of  Buying the car itself.

Normally car dealer only have such facility to make reg for the car owners and they usually charge the owner for this.

Otherwise prescribed form issued by the Regional traffic office needs to filled  by the owner.

Hope your doubt ic clear.

Pls confirm whatever i hv understood:

In short when dealer purchases the car from manufacturer, then he paid the reg exp and after that he gradually recovers these exp from customer at the time of selling those cars.

Is it correct..?

If yes , the how RTO comes into picture, i'm little bid confused as i hv not purchased any car till now..

In between does Dealer collects or recovers extra exp...?

No,

on purchase by dealer form manufacturer, its not paid by dealer....its only paid by ultimate customer or the owner as it is will be used by the owner and will be on roads...dealer actually is not purchasing it but is just an agent  selling on behalf of manufaturer for whic he gets his commision normally.

Hope its now cyrstal clear.

pls chk ur PM (inbox)
