i heard from my friends about  some ICAI notification i dont know the no that tax auditor and company auditor cant be same after Dec - 09.....  

is there anything like this.........

As far as i know, there is no notification as regards to this matter from the ICAI.

Same person can perform both company audit and tax audit.

Generally Tax Auditor & Stat Auditor are Same......
